Marketing Executive (Recruitment Ads & Employer Branding)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns
-Create attractive job ads, posters, and social media recruitment content
-Source candidates via JobStreet, social media, referrals, and networking
-Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
-Build and manage talent pipeline
-Track hiring performance and improve recruitment effectiveness
-Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

👤 Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, HR, Communications, or related fields
-Experience as Marketing Executive / Recruitment Executive / HR Executive is an advantage
-Strong communication and persuasion skills
-Comfortable following up, engaging candidates, and closing hires
-Creative, proactive, and target-driven
-Sales or Business Development background is a strong plus
