Marketing Executive - Retail

What you'll do:
Retail & In-Store Execution

Plan and execute monthly in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns to drive sales.

Develop and set up attractive point-of-purchase (POP) materials and visual merchandising.

Promote stationery products to walk-in customers and support overall retail experience.

Marketing & Content Creation

Develop engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns based on product features.

Prepare and execute promotional messaging (e.g. SMS blasts, membership campaigns).

E-commerce & Product Management

Manage and update product listings, information, and promotions across online platforms.

Ensure consistency of product presentation across all sales channels.

Performance Tracking & Insights

Monitor campaign and promotion performance, and prepare monthly reports.

Gather market insights, track trends, and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.



Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in retail marketing, social media, or promotional design.

Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred.
