Job Scope

1. Conducted LCL competitor rate comparison and pricing analysis.

2. Prepared weekly and monthly sales reports (customer status, month-on-month comparison and drop analysis) to monitor performance trends.

3. Managed weekly FCL quotation analysis and competitor pricing benchmarking.

4. Performed overall data analysis to support management decision-making.

5. Handled customer special requirements and liaised with internal departments to evaluate feasibility and ensure proper execution.

6. Perform other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned by management from time to time.



Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least 1–2 years of working experience in a marketing or administrative role(fresh graduates may be considered).

· Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Good organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

· Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented with good follow-up and coordination skills.
