Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
-Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
-Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google
-Analytics and provide actionable insights
-Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
-Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM tools
-Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials
-Support event planning, promotions, and product launches
-Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
-2–5+ years of experience in marketing (role dependent)
-Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
-Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
