About the Company
We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup building products for the legal and insurance ecosystem. Their platform helps enterprises process complex, unstructured information and make faster, better decisions.

They are already working with leading enterprise clients across APAC and are scaling rapidly.

The Role
This is the first dedicated marketing hire, working directly with the founders. You will own content, brand, and demand generation — with a strong focus on building credibility with enterprise buyers.

Your role is to turn the company and its leadership into a trusted voice in the industry while supporting pipeline generation.

What You’ll Do

Founder Brand & Thought Leadership (Core)
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for the founder (3–4 posts per week)
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned to sales priorities
- Build the founder’s presence across events, podcasts, and industry platforms
- Engage with inbound audience and identify high-value leads

Content & Demand Generation (Core)
- Create long-form content (case studies, whitepapers, insights)
- Develop sales collateral (one-pagers, email sequences, pitch materials)
- Manage company LinkedIn and website content
- Run targeted email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Support SEO and content distribution across relevant channels

Sales & Marketing Alignment (Secondary)
- Work closely with sales to create content that drives conversion
- Support event-driven campaigns and follow-ups
- Help prepare proposals, decks, and client-facing materials
- Track content performance and pipeline impact

What They’re Looking For

Must-Have
- 2–5 years experience in B2B marketing, content, or communications
- Exceptional writing skills (clear, concise, and authoritative)
- Experience writing for a senior professional audience
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel
- Ability to think strategically and execute quickly
- Highly self-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving startup

Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to legal, insurance, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience with founder branding or executive ghostwriting
- Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience producing long-form content (reports, case studies)
- Regional language skills are a plus
