Material Planner (Thai Speaker)

Your role:

Reporting to the Material Planning Head, the Material Planner will support Henkel material planning agenda and drives initiatives in the region

Maintain good connection & collaboration with material suppliers

Translates the production plan into mid-long term Material Requirements Plan, ensuring availability of production material under the consideration of forecasts

Ensures correct ordering of material supply in terms of quantity and time while optimizing order size and minimizing obsoletes

Maintains the time and quantity MRP Parameters, aggregates cross-category requirements and acts on any MRP exceptions in accordance with the production plan / finite schedule

Collaborates with suppliers and conducts Rough Cut Capacity Planning for all material requirements vs. qualified sources of supply to support the production plan at an effective cost

Supports on the material inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes

Manage phase in phase out of materials to minimize write off costs

Identifies material sourcing risks or opportunities and escalates issues to the appropriate parties (internal and external)

Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance





Your skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, BA or equivalent

5-8 years experience in the Area of Supply Chain

Operational experience in Material Planning / supply planning

Strong knowledge of system: ERP system/ SAP / Kinaxis/ OMP/ o9 or similar

Strong knowledge of excel skills

Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement

Strong communication skills, collaboration & hands on experience
