Material Purchasing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Purchase Ordering: Place orders with suppliers based on material requirements, follow up on delivery schedules, track and resolve installation issues to ensure materials arrive on time and store openings proceed as scheduled.

2. Cost Management: Provide quotations and manage costs for daily replenishments and location transfers.

3. Inventory Management: Establish effective inventory management practices, conduct inventory reviews, and plan and coordinate inventory usage.

4. Supplier Management: Effectively manage suppliers, including performance improvement, qualification processes, contract execution, renewals, and supplementary agreements.

5. Data Control: Analyze procurement cost data to support cost control efforts.

6. Support Tasks: Assist in internal and external departmental matters and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
