任职资格
• Diploma/Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3-5 years
• Software & hardware application such as formatting, Internet Explorer, MS Office &
AutoCAD
• Well versed with M&E works
岗位职责
1
Monitor closely of all M&E works on site.
2. To liaise and coordinate with consultants on the M&E issue.
3. Manage, coordinate and direct the work for all the M&E works with M&E Supervisor at site.
4. Monitor the progress of work of all M&E subcontractors.
5. To obtain information from consultants on the M&E issue.
6. Attending meeting with JKR HODT, JKR Tapak, JKR Senggara, consultants and subcontractors on any issue related to M&E Scope of Works.
7. To coordinate and manage on the M&E Testing & Commissioning of the project and review all testing.
• Compile O&M Manuals including guarantees, warranties and certificates from manufacturer and fabricators for final submission.
