Mechanic (Heavy Machinery)

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery and equipment

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with machinery and equipment

Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs

Collaborating with the production team to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime

Adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures

Providing training and guidance to less experienced maintenance technicians

What we're looking for

Experienced in a similar heavy machinery maintenance role

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to preventative maintenance

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
