Mechanical Design Engineer

1. Design mechanical parts, assemblies, tooling, and fixtures using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or Inventor
2. Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with proper GD&T and tolerancing
3. Develop production-ready designs for sheet metal, CNC machining, stamping, or automation equipment
4. Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis
5. Create BOMs (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and assembly instructions
6. Work closely with production, machining, QA, and project teams to ensure manufacturability
7. Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements
8. Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and material selection
Liaise with customers on technical requirements and engineering changes
