Mechanical Engineering Manager

- Value engineering & alternative system proposal for cost saving, comprising of initial and operational cost, to ensure the systems running in optimum capacity and according to the local authority specifications

- Extend assistance to M&E Consultants in designing M&E Building service

- To monitor project cash flow and progress claim

- Overall responsible for project supervision & management inclusive of engineering standard / by law / authority

- Providing direction and guidance to site management, including overseeing the commercial and quality of work on projects

- Communicate with customers, client, consultant and all level of staff

- Managing/ Designing non-compliances issue and proposing preventive and corrective measure on project

- Control & discipline of Sub-contractors working in their Area
