🔑 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing SMEE bookings, franchise orders & size break uploads in I3Soft

Handling communication with buyers and mills on production & color approval matters

Ensuring timely release of comments and smooth sample coordination

🧩 Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the I3Soft system by uploading SMEE bookings to support accurate BOM creation

Download and upload GT Nexus size break files to assist production planning

Process Franchise Orders into SMEE and I3Soft systems for accurate tracking

Prepare bulk dyelot and approved fabric strike-offs (S/O) for inspection trips

Monitor Smartsheet platform and ensure timely release of S/O comments to fabric mills

Communicate with buyers and mills to resolve issues related to S/O and dyelot approvals

Collaborate with colorists to review and analyze color submissions

Coordinate sample submissions and ensure timely dispatch to factories

Maintain close communication with mill representatives to resolve processing issues

Notify mills on new CAD artwork updates

Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

✅ Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in textile planning, production coordination, or color approval

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent time management

Able to multitask and work under pressure

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office
