MIS (IT Support / Systems Executive)

Requirements

Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
1–3 years’ experience in IT support or MIS role.
Good knowledge of hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills required: IT Support, System Administration and Troubleshooting.
Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for staff.
Maintain IT systems, networks, and company database.
Monitor system performance and perform regular backups.
Ensure cybersecurity measures and compliance are in place.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
