Mortgage Advisor, Puchong

Principal Responsibilities:

-To handle all referred mortgage applications by LG Type 2.

-To perform verification of customer information included personal details, income declaration and payment capacity prior submission via recorded telephone.

-To appeal and follow up on customer mortgage application status. Provide sound justification and write up for customer application.

-To ensure all customer documents is in order prior submission and follow up with customer on additional required information during sales process.


Qualifications - External

-A university degree is preferred for this role as it involves analytical capacity and quick and measured responses on a daily basis.

-Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 yrs experience in managing and dealing with quality assurance and audit related in a sales environment. Experience in Mobile Sales/Direct Sales environment will be an added advantage.

-Must be meticulous, detailed and must be strong in written English to be able to present findings and recommendation from a Quality Assurance perspective.

-Candidate must be well versed with the various risk factors and system dependency and be able to make suitable decisions.

-Candidate must be proficient in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Language will be an advantage.
