Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Hybrid | In-House)

Your Role
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat

Support travel-related products including hotels, flights, activities & more

Handle high-volume inquiries from Hong Kong, Taiwan & China markets

Take ownership of customer issues including booking, operational & billing matters

Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals

Identify process improvements and share feedback with leadership

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For
Minimum SPM qualification

At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, aviation, telco, BPO, etc.)

Able to speak, read & type in Traditional & Simplified Chinese

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Customer-focused with empathy, patience & professionalism

Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift (including midnight)

Able to work on weekends & public holidays
