Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Video Content Production
a. Plan, conceptualise and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, promotional activities and hospital events.
b. Handle the full video production workflow, including pre-production planning, filming, lighting setup, audio recording and post-production editing.
c. Conduct interviews and record video content involving doctors, patients, hospital staff and other departments as requested.
d. Edit and produce engaging video content including subtitles, transitions, music and motion graphics.
e. Create short-form and long-form videos suitable for digital platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
f. Repurpose video content into multiple formats for different marketing channels.
g. Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
h. Produce videos for hospital events, including grand launches, townhalls, gimmicks, montages and other departmental activities.
2. Photography
a. Capture photos for marketing campaigns, events, corporate activities and social media.
b. Photograph hospital facilities, services and staff when required.
c. Perform basic photo editing and enhancement.
3. Multimedia Asset Management
a. Organise and maintain multimedia assets including raw footage, photos and edited content.
b. Ensure proper storage, archiving and backup of multimedia files.
c. Responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of multimedia equipment and ensuring safe use during filming activities.
4. Graphic Design Support
a. Assist in creating simple visual assets such as social media graphics, banners and promotional materials when required.
b. Ensure design outputs align with brand identity and marketing needs.
5. Marketing & Campaign Support
a. Support marketing campaigns with multimedia assets to enhance digital engagement.
b. Assist with content production for hospital events, announcements and promotional activities.
6. Other Responsibilities
a. Perform other multimedia or marketing-related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
b. Multimedia requests from other departments shall be coordinated and prioritised through the Business Development Department to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and resource availability.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Education
Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field.
Requirements
1. At least 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing or multimedia production.
2. Strong proficiency in video shooting and editing.
3. Experienced in using software such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, Photoshop and Illustrator. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects is optional.
4. Familiarity with camera equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile phones, as well as lighting and audio recording.
5. Understanding of social media video formats and digital content trends.
Working Conditions
1. Office-based role with periodic onsite duties for video production, photography, content creation and event coverage, including hospital-wide and departmental events.
2. May be required to attend weekend or after-hours assignments for video shoots, marketing activities, social media coverage or hospital events.
3. Regular collaboration with marketing team members, doctors, staff, external vendors, photographers and creative partners.
4. Work may involve tight timelines, particularly during campaign launches, event coverage or urgent marketing communications.
5. Responsible for ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and strict brand compliance when producing and publishing multimedia content.
6. Role may require handling multimedia equipment, including cameras, lighting and audio equipment during shoots.
7. Ability to adapt to available production resources and utilise mobile devices or basic equipment to capture video and multimedia content when required.
