Middle Eastern cusine Chef
1. Aged 28-45, in good health, holding a valid health certificate, free of infectious diseases and taboos related to the catering industry.
2. Possess more than 3years of working experience as a Middle Eastern Chef in a restaurant, familiar with the cooking techniques of classic cuisines from various Middle Eastern countries (such as Lebanon, Turkey, Iran, etc.), able to independently complete the whole production of a variety of Middle Eastern dishes with authentic taste and solid skills.

3. Understand Middle Eastern food culture and halal food standards, and can strictly follow relevant specifications to make dishes, adapting to local consumption habits.

4. Have good team management ability, communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility, serious and rigorous work attitude, and be able to bear the work pressure of the restaurant's normal operation.

5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience as a Middle Eastern Chef in chain catering or high-end restaurants; those who can independently develop special Middle Eastern dishes will be given extra points, and must be able to take up the post within one month.

Muslim Restaurant Waiter
1. Aged 18-35, in good health, holding a valid health certificate, with a neat appearance and good service awareness.

2. Familiar with halal food norms and Middle Eastern food culture is preferred; those with relevant waiter work experience in Muslim restaurants or catering industry are preferred.

3. Have basic communication skills in English or Malay; able to communicate with customers smoothly and provide thoughtful service.

4. Hard-working, responsible, with good patience and communication skills, able to cooperate with the team to complete work tasks, and able to bear the work pressure during peak hours.

5. Must be able to take up the post within one month, and those who can work flexibly (including weekends and holidays) are preferred.
