National Sales Manager

Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow a group of key accounts across Modern Trade, General Trade and Distributors.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
3. Develop and execute annual account plans to achieve sales, revenue and market share targets.
4. Lead all pricing, trading terms and promotional mechanics and negotiations to ensure profitable growth.
5. Plan and coordinate promotional activities, ensuring strong in-store execution and merchandising.
6. Monitor sales performance, category trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
7. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business reviews for management and key customers.

Requirements
1. Degree in any discipline
2. Minimum 6–8 years of FMCG sales experience with a proven track record in managing major retail accounts, including supermarkets and hypermarkets.
3. Strong understanding of the Malaysian Modern Trade and distributor-managed retail environment.
4. Demonstrated ability in commercial negotiations, promotions and account growth.
5. Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
