Requirements

Preferably a university graduate in Nutrition/ Dietetics, Health Care, Health Science or equivalent.
At least 1 years of experience in the field is required.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Certified HRDF trainer will be an advantage.
Additional knowledge/credit in personal care/cosmetics, food and health supplement products will be an advantage
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using training software and tools
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver nutrition education and training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs and develop training materials
Conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars to educate employees on nutrition and wellness topics
Organize continuous medical education programme (CME)
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nutrition and training to ensure that programs are relevant and effective
Participate in the development and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives
Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products and services.
