Nutritionist / Dietitian - Education & Sales Department

Role Overview:
As a Key Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the health food stores and pharmacy sectors. Your main objectives require a blend of sales acumen and dietetic, nutrition knowledge to provide exceptional services to our Retailers and Customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Expansion: Encourage dealers to diversify their product assortment by adding more SKUs. This strategy aims to broaden their range and meet wider consumer needs.
2. Order Inquiry and Insights: During visits, prioritize order solicitation. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the reasons behind products not being ordered, uncovering specific concerns or preferences that affect their decisions.
3. Collaboration Opportunities: Explore potential collaborative efforts that can boost sales at retail outlets. Discuss strategies and initiatives that can mutually benefit both parties.
4. Sales Support Objective: Support dealers in marketing our products by providing complimentary dietary consultations, enhancing the shopping experience for their customers.
5. Product Training: Conduct product training and briefings for dealers' floor staff. Consistently inquire if additional product training is required at their Head Office.
6. Performance Review: Engage in regular assessments of sales performance with dealers to identify growth areas and provide the necessary support to enhance sales outcomes.
7. Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and new research in dietetics and nutritional fields.
Reporting: Prepare regular visitation reports and sales forecasts for management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field of Science.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of health and wellness products and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
