Occupational Therapist

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Minimum 2 years’ experience.
Member of Malaysia Occupational Therapist Association.
JOB TASK:
Responsible in leading the team of clinicians and in provision of clinical care in Occupational Therapy.
Personal responsibility to planning and prioritize for optimum rehabilitation outcome to support department and organization business objective, as well as providing mentorship, guidance and ensuring that the clinical services meet standards of best practices.
Provides advanced occupational therapy treatment, assessment, and rehabilitation services.
This role includes overseeing clinical practices, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care within the occupational therapy department.
