Officer Corporate Card Operation

Position - OFFICER CORPORATE CARD OPERATIONS (Administration) – Mortgage

Company - PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia

Working Hours - Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:45pm

Contract Period - 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable subjected to performance)

Salary - RM2000 – RM2600 (based on work experience)

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree Business Administration/ Finance/ Accounts / Banking or any related field

• Have working experience preferably in financial industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Meticulous and detailed in documenting business requirements as workflows

Job Purpose

• To effectively carry out duties/ responsibilities within the framework and in accordance to prescribed procedures to achieve departmental goals

Job Responsibilities

• Review application forms, maintenance forms and other related supporting documents

• Perform watchlist screening on nominees who applied for Corporate Card Solutions

• Onboard client, perform registration and data entry in related bank system

• Ensure Control Effectiveness Testing (CET) supporting document submitted to the tester monthly

• Attend request and complaint from Relationship Manager/Sales Manager, CRU Team, Card Center, etc (if any)

• Attend and execute any other reponsibilities/tasks (adhoc) assigned by the management from time to time
