Officer, Internal Audit (Kota Kinabalu)

Job Description:

Inventory Stock Take, Cash Count & Compliance Audit :

1. Perform physical Stock Count, Cash Count & Compliance Audit.
2. Undertake stock reconciliation, Cash Count Analysis, Void/Cancelled transactions analysis and store compliance
checklist.
3. Ensure proper bank-in procedures by store.
4. Perform store intervention and investigation.

Reporting :
1. Ensure timely and proper submission of Field Audit working papers.
2. Findings of audit field work is properly documented.
3. Ensure proper punctuality and timely attendance records by field audit staff to store.

Team work :
1. Ensure good communication with store personnel and operations team at all levels.
2. Able to work as part of field audit team.
3. Assist the HQ Audit Executives in execution of audit & administrative work.
4. Perform any other work as and when required.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience.
2. Good command of Mathematics, English & Malay Language.
3. Experience in retail is an added advantage.
