We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Officer to manage the end-to-end corporate onboarding process. You will be the key liaison between our corporate clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the full corporate onboarding process.

Liaise with internal departments, including the Compliance team, to coordinate and complete onboarding tasks.

Follow up with clients on any outstanding or additional documentation required.

Conduct training sessions to guide clients on using the Corporate Portal effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification.

1–3 years of working experience in customer service, telesales, onboarding, or general clerical work.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Based in Kuala Lumpur.
