ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Respond direct to customers, reply through a variety of channels (Shopee, Lazada etc.) to close sales.
· Provide prompt and accurate replies to customers.
· Fulfillment for processing orders and parcel issues.
· Able to work independently and play as a good team member.
· Collect and analyse customer feedback, handle customer complaints.
· Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin, Malay, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
· GADGET & IT knowledge is mandatory – you must be familiar with consumer tech (chargers, docking stations, power banks, etc.).
