Job Description

The Operation Admin provides administrative support to the operations team by managing documentation, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring daily operational records are maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and update operational reports.
- Process stock requests and stock transfer documents.
- Maintain inventory and operational records.
- Coordinate with retail outlets and warehouse staff.
- Monitor office and operational supplies.
- Assist in scheduling and operational coordination.
- Perform data entry and filing.
- Handle other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Handle daily administrative and office operations tasks
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and records
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and internal updates
- Coordinate with HQ on operational matters and staff updates
- Assist HQ HR team with basic HR administration tasks (attendance, leave records, staff documents, etc.)
- Support onboarding arrangements and staff documentation
- Assist in office supplies, inventory, and general coordination
- Prepare weekly operational reports
- Communicate updates and requirements between HQ and local team
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
