Operation Assistant (mandarin speaker)

• To assist in monitor all outlet and store condition are ready for business at all time
协助监控所有门店和店铺的运营状况，确保随时准备营业
• Monitor all company rules & regulations and SOP practice accordingly
监督并遵守公司所有规章制度和标准操作程序 (SOP)
• To assist Supervisor / Operation Executive in follow up government relevant matters as when needed
必要时协助主管/运营经理跟进政府相关事宜
• To assist Operation Executive / Operation Manager coordinate and communicate with HQ backend to ensure daily, weekly or monthly routine duties complete as per schedule
协助运营经理/运营主管与总部后台协调沟通，确保每日、每周或每月的例行工作按计划完成
• Assist Operation team to prepare stock take with make sure outlet planogram is updated and ensure outlet stock take accomplish as planning
协助运营团队进行盘点，确保门店货架陈列图更新，并确保盘点工作按计划完成
• Assist to handle customer inquiries or complaints in a polite manner
礼貌地协助处理顾客的咨询或投诉
• Assist and support all Sales, Marketing and promotional activities and feedback relevant issue to Operation Team
协助并支持所有销售、市场营销和促销活动，并将相关问题反馈给运营团队
• Multitasking in assist to resolve and support all Outlet as when needed
必要时协助解决和支持所有门店的运营问题
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior
