Operation & Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
-Manage daily transport activities, including assigning vehicles and drivers, planning routes, and monitoring schedules.
-Make sure all transport operations follow company policies and government regulations.
-Keep records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
-Handle all administrative work related to transport, such as reports and documents
-Respond to transport-related inquiries from staff, clients, or suppliers, and provide quick and helpful support.
-Able to work in team & shift.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in (Related)
-Required language(s): English
-Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical or equivalent.
-Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
-Good at communication.
-Candidate should have own transport.
-Able to start work immediately.
-Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated.
-Operation hour Monday to Friday (8AM - 6PM)
-Freshie welcome.
