Operation Executive cum Store Head

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Dispatch Monitoring
-Track daily picking and loading progress
-Ensure truck loading completeness prior to departure
-Monitor departure timing and reduce late dispatch
-Follow up on shipment discrepancies
-Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

2. Inbound & Receiving Coordination
-Monitor container unloading and supplier deliveries
-Ensure goods received are properly checked and updated in system
-Follow up on discrepancies or shortages
-Coordinate put-away progress

3. Production (Repacking & Relabeling)
-Monitor repacking schedules
-Ensure barcode relabeling and special requests are completed before shipment
-Track production progress against deadlines
-Escalate risks of delay

4. Logistics Monitoring
-Monitor live GPS tracking of deliveries
-Report route deviation or delivery delays
-Coordinate with logistics team for updates

5. WMS & Reporting
-Ensure system updates are accurate and timely
-Assist in stock discrepancy investigation
-Prepare daily operational summary report

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG operations (warehouse, logistics, or production)
-Strong coordination and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
