Job Description

Job Scope
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, use WMS/TMS/SAP systems, and resolve real-time operational issues under supervision.

– Analyze data, participate in Lean/5S initiatives, and support cross-functional projects to improve workflows.

– Handle basic inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and support client onboarding.

Requirement
-Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field
-Willingness to learn and hands-on mentality
-Basic Microsoft Excel
