Job Description:

Identify key opportunities for network optimization to improve the scalability, speed, and cost-efficiency of our logistics infrastructure.
Design and project manage high-impact network transformation initiatives from ideation and analysis to implementation.
Analyse complex data to model various network scenarios, evaluating the trade-offs between delivery speed and operational cost.
Develop dashboards and analytical tools to track network performance metrics and uncover areas for improvement.
Prepare data-driven proposals and reports for presentation to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all legs of the logistics flow to ensure the smooth execution of network change projects.
Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics).
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advantage if comfortable with data analytical tools and using LLMs to assist and speed up the analytical process.
