Operations Assistant

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Contract Period: 6 – 9 months with PERSOL (renewable / potential permanent conversion based on performance)

Salary: RM1,700 – RM3,200 (based on experience)

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum SPM / STPM in any relevant field

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in IT / basic computer skills

High integrity, accountable, and a strong team player

Proactive and adaptable to change

Key Responsibilities:

Support Business Operations to achieve company goals

Assist with branch administrative tasks

Prepare endorsement submissions for policy issuance

Check and prepare payment submissions for receipts

Perform VBA screening for submissions

Take on ad-hoc assignments as directed by Manager or Head of Branch
