Operations Executive (Overseas Placement)

Location: Pizhou, Jiangsu, China



Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between China operations and the Dubai office, handling requests related to product sourcing, pricing, delivery timelines, and quality matters

Coordinate and execute day-to-day operational requirements, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues raised by internal stakeholders

Work closely with suppliers to manage product samples, quotations, production timelines, and quality checks

Oversee and coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements (land, sea, air), including working with freight forwarders and shipping agents

Travel within China as required to visit suppliers, inspect product quality, attend exhibitions, and engage with relevant stakeholders

Support business expansion initiatives, including involvement in new factory setup and operational readiness in China

Assist senior management (including Managing Director) in on-ground coordination and translation support when required

Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and reporting of operational activities and issues

Requirements

Malaysian with a fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

Open to relocation and based in Pizhou, China

1–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics (fresh grads may be considered)

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-border stakeholders

Comfortable with frequent travel within China for work purposes

Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Prior exposure to China suppliers / manufacturing / trading environment is an added advantage
