Operations Research Scientist

Job Description & Role Responsibilities:

Work with some of the best optimization minds in the world to contribute to the ongoing improvements of our optimization technologies and methodologies

Work with Quintiq Business Consultants to design planning solutions that incorporate optimization

Designing and implementing the right optimization solution to solve our customers’ puzzle

Participate in optimization research projects to come up with potential improvement ideas for our optimization solutions


Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Artificial intelligence

2-3 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome as well

Knowledge of optimization techniques in operations research and artificial intelligence (linear programming, genetic algorithms, heuristic search techniques, constraint programming, etc.) is a plus

Experience with object-oriented modeling (UML)

High abstraction level and superior analytical skills
