Key Responsibilities
Eye Examination & Clinical Care
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including vision testing and refraction

Provide accurate prescriptions for corrective lenses

Identify visual or eye health issues and provide appropriate recommendations or referrals

Customer Consultation
Advise customers on suitable eyewear solutions based on prescription, lifestyle, and preferences

Explain lens options, coatings, and product benefits clearly

Product & Dispensing Support
Assist in frame selection and ensure proper fitting of eyewear

Verify lens specifications and oversee dispensing accuracy

Operational & Store Support
Support daily store operations alongside retail staff

Maintain proper documentation of patient records in compliance with regulatory standards

Quality & Compliance
Adhere to professional and ethical standards in optometry practice

Ensure all services align with company guidelines and healthcare regulations

Requirements
Qualifications:

Degree in Optometry or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in optical retail or clinical practice preferred

Fresh graduates with strong clinical foundation may be considered

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a professional approach

Detail-oriented and confident in conducting eye examinations

Work Schedule:

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
