Location: Semenyih, Selangor
Salary: RM4,500 per month
Employment Type: Contract (6 months - renewable)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Executive to coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth operations to meet business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely communication of inventory status to internal teams

Plan and execute work orders to optimise production capacity

Monitor daily demand, delivery schedules, and incoming shipments

Coordinate closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Planners, and Customer Service teams

Follow up on shortages and replenishment timelines; escalate issues when necessary

Manage aging stock, slow-moving inventory, and stock write-off processes

Ensure timely fulfilment of sample requisitions

Coordinate drop shipments and ensure shipping documentation is prepared on time

Work with plant, logistics, and third-party warehouses for inventory transfers

Handle urgent or crisis situations professionally and efficiently

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Customer Service

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Team player with a service-oriented mindset

Additional Information
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
