Outbound Sales Representative (Insurance)

What you'll be doing

Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce our products and services

Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions

Negotiating and closing sales in a professional and courteous manner

Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities

Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills

What we're looking for

Proven track record in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Positive attitude, resilience and the determination to succeed

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
