门店店长 Outlet Manager (Full-Time)

岗位职责｜Job Responsibilities
1. 全面统筹门店日常整体运营，负责前厅服务、吧台出品、全场动线管理，搭建高端门店标准化 SOP 体系，包含服务流程、出品品质、卫生标准、待客礼仪，统一门店高端服务调性。
Fully manage daily overall store operation, including floor service and bar production. Establish standardized SOP for service process, product quality, hygiene standard and customer etiquette to maintain high-end store positioning.

2. 全权负责团队搭建、人员招聘筛选、新人系统化培训、岗位排班调度、绩效考核、员工激励、团队氛围维护，有效降低人员流失，打造稳定专业的服务团队。
In charge of team recruitment, systematic new staff training, shift arrangement, KPI assessment, staff motivation and team retention, build a stable and professional service team.

3. 负责门店每日财务核对、营收对账、多渠道收款核销、全品类库存盘点、物料成本管控，严控酒水损耗、运营浪费，杜绝飞单、漏单、私单等内部问题。
Conduct daily financial checking, revenue reconciliation, multi-payment verification and full-category inventory control; strictly reduce operation loss and prevent internal order fraud.

4. 独立处理门店日常客诉、宾客需求优化、现场突发纠纷及各类应急事件，高效化解问题，维护门店高端口碑与品牌形象，保障营业平稳有序。
Independently handle customer complaints, on-site disputes and all emergencies, maintain high-end store reputation and ensure smooth daily operation.

5. 熟悉吉隆坡本地商业经营规范、DBKL 市政检查标准、消防卫生要求、马来西亚劳工法规，建立门店日常自查机制，全面把控经营合规，规避罚款、停业等经营风险。
Familiar with Kuala Lumpur local business regulations, DBKL inspection standards, fire safety, hygiene requirements and Malaysian labour laws, establish daily self-inspection mechanism to avoid operational risks.

6. 结合 KLCC/TRX 高端商圈市场特性，策划门店引流套餐、节日活动、会员体系、高端 VIP 定制服务，优化营收结构，提升客单价、复购率，完成月度、季度业绩目标。
Plan store promotion packages, festival campaigns, membership systems and VIP customized services according to premium market characteristics, improve customer unit price, repurchase rate and monthly sales performance.

7. 负责对接各类供应商，统筹备货、补货、物料验收，合理控制门店运营成本；每日 / 每周 / 每月整理经营数据、营收报表、成本分析，定期向投资人同步门店经营状况。
Liaise with suppliers, manage stock preparation and cost control; organize daily, weekly and monthly business data reports for the store owner.

8. 监督门店整体环境卫生、设备保养、消防安全、工具消杀维护，严格把控门店细节品质，持续维持高端轻奢门店标准。
Supervise overall store hygiene, equipment maintenance, fire safety and daily disinfection to sustain premium store quality standards.


任职要求｜Requirements
1. 三语能力必备：流利精通中文、英文、马来语，可独立对接多国宾客、本地多元客群及政府稽查人员，无障碍沟通处理各类事务。
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to communicate with international customers, local multi-racial clients and government officers proficiently.

2. 拥有马来西亚吉隆坡本地高端清吧、Lounge、西餐轻奢休闲业态 1 年以上全盘店长 / 主管管理经验，熟悉高端商圈运营模式与客群消费习惯。
Minimum 1-year full management experience as manager or supervisor in Kuala Lumpur high-end lounge, bar or premium F&B industry, familiar with central business district operation mode.

3. 熟悉酒水出品、吧台管理、前厅服务体系、库存成本管控、门店风控逻辑，具备成熟的高端休闲门店运营经验。
Experienced in bar management, service system operation, inventory cost control and store risk management.

4. 具备独立搭建门店 SOP、培训团队、策划营销活动、落地业绩增长方案的实战能力，有新店筹备开业经验者优先。
Capable of establishing store SOP, team training, marketing planning and performance improvement; new store opening experience is a strong advantage.

5. 为人正直守信、公私分明、责任心极强，对账目、库存、人员管理严谨细致，无任何职场不良记录。
Honest, responsible and rigorous in financial checking, inventory management and team administration.

6. 抗压能力优秀，适配夜场营业节奏，可接受周末、公共假期在岗，临场应变、危机处理能力突出。
Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays with excellent pressure resistance and emergency handling ability.

7. 形象端正得体、谈吐专业、情商高，擅长高端客群维护与门店氛围管理。
Presentable, professional and high EQ, good at high-end customer relationship maintenance.
