Outlet Supervisor / Manager - Putrajaya

Key Responsibilities
-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
-Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
-Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly
-Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff to provide excellent customer service
-Schedule and allocate shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
-Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
-Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales or drive more sales
-Handle cash and ensure accurate cash management, including daily reconciliations
-Conduct regular stock checks and manage stocks better to minimize wastage
-Maintain accurate records of stock and sales transactions
-Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior and / or management

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or equivalent
-At least 1 Year of working experience in F&B or related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service
-Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
-Basic knowledge of stock control and cash handling procedures
