Outlet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
-Lead, train, guide and motivate outlet team members.
-Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
-Monitor outlet sales performance and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
-Encourage and implement upselling strategies to improve outlet sales.
-Maintain excellent customer service standards.
-Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
-Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
-Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards.
-Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
-Ensure employees follow company SOPs and operational procedures.
-Report operational issues and outlet performance to management.

Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail industry.
-Experience in managing outlet operations and leading a team.
-Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
-Customer-oriented with good sales and upselling abilities.
-Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
-Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
-Good command of Malay and English.
-Prefer candidates with own transport.

Working Schedule
-Full-time position
-Shift-based schedule
-Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
-6 working days per week
