Outlet Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service
Lead and guide service crew to maintain service standards
Monitor staff performance and provide training when necessary
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational procedures are followed
Job Requirements


Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B industry
Leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and public holidays.
