Job Description

To operate the packing lines in order to ensure that all special orders are registered, produced and delivered accordingly as per specifications and requirements.
To ensure and manage the proper and correct usage of raw materials for the production process in order to achieve fulfillment of special orders.
To ensure optimum inventory in order to prevent disruption to production.
To enforce proper Housekeeping and compliance to the standards required by the company and the industrial practices.
To enforce Health & Safety work procedure and practices rules and are adhered to and where safety regulations requires; the necessary PPE issued to workers in order to prevent unforeseen accident.
To diligently and accurately record and monitor all production reports in order to achieve timely and useful production data.
To manage subordinates to carry out routine and non-routine tasks in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures to achieve operational effectiveness.
To train and motivate subordinates to achieve operational effectiveness.
To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications

Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechatronic) or equivalent
Willing to work in shift
Able to work at Lumut, Perak
