Painting Supervisor (Steel Structure)

We are looking for a motivated Painting
Supervisor to oversee coating and painting
activities, ensuring works meet project
specifications, quality standards, and safety
requirements. This role is ideal for
candidates with 1–2 years of relevant
experience looking to step up into a
supervisory role.
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in
painting/blasting for steel structures.
IMM Painting Inspector Certification or
equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with coating standards and
inspection tools (e.g., Elcometer) is a
plus.
Basic leadership or team coordination
skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able
to communicate clearly with team
members and supervisors.
