Part-Time CNC Machine Operator/Technician

Job Description

Requirements

. Basic technical or mechanical knowledge
. Experience operating printing or CNC machinery is an advantage
. Able to use measuring tools and follow technical specifications
. Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
. Able to work overtime when required

Responsibilities

. Operate and monitor CNC cutting machines and/or large format inkjet printing machines
. Prepare materials and machine settings according to production requirements
. Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and cutting precision meet company standards
. Perform machine setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
. Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure smooth operation
. Monitor production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time
. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
. Handle loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently
. Maintain proper usage of ink, media, blades, and other consumables
. Record production output and report machine issues to supervisors
. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
. Work closely with production, design, and installation teams to ensure workflow efficiency
