Part-Time Remote Lecturer – in Construction Management

Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred).
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Building & Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in BIM concepts, workflows, and software, particularly Revit.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess coursework effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and tutorials remotely.
- Prepare teaching materials and assessments.
- Provide academic support and feedback to students.
- Prepare and grade coursework and exam papers based on module requirements.
