Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
Build good relationships with customers
Sales Performance
Support store in achieving sales targets
Track personal sales performance when required
Share customer feedback and market trends with the team
Product Knowledge & Store Support
Learn and stay updated on products, promotions, and new arrivals
Explain product features and benefits to customers confidently
Assist team members with daily store operations
