People Development Specialist

Role Description
This role focuses on building relationships with organizations, understanding their team development needs, and recommending the right programs and solutions from Vision Building.
You will work closely with corporate clients to introduce our team building and development programs, helping them strengthen leadership, teamwork, and organizational alignment.
