Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Assistance to Key Executive in daily administrative and operational tasks.
-Supporting Key Executive in overseeing daily business operations, including coordination with supporting departments as needed.
-Liaise with departments for routine follow-ups and progress tracking.
-Prepare reports, analyzed operational data and track key performance indicators.
-Handle customer and supplier communications related to quality and marketing matters as required.
-Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, follow up on action points, and prepare presentations.
-Arrange business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
-Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:.
-Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field of study.
-Prior experience in executive support, administration, or coordination is preferred.
-Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Good communication skills,
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
-Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
