Personal Assistant

This is a part-time/full-time, hybrid role located in SS2 (HQ) and Hartamas (branch). As a Personal Assistant, you will:
1. Assist ad hoc tasks at office max 3 times a week, 2 days WFH
2. Manage and arrange appointments for director
3. File personal and company tax
4. Basic accounts and admin work (data entry)

Requirements/Qualifications
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with urgency
• Previous experience in related field is an added advantage
