Job Description

1. Strategic & Business Support
-Assist the Chairman in corporate strategic planning, business analysis, and the execution of key strategic initiatives.
-Organise important meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure proper implementation.
-Support cross-departmental and cross-regional coordination to facilitate business collaboration.

2. Administrative & Management Support
-Assist the Chairman in managing daily work arrangements, including schedule coordination, business hospitality, and external communications.
-Support the management of key corporate matters and internal coordination across departments.
-Monitor the progress and execution of major group projects.

3. Information Management & Decision Support
-Collect and organise industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights.
-Consolidate and analyse company operational data to prepare management reports and presentation materials.
-Provide decision-making references and strategic recommendations to the Chairman.

4. External Communication & Coordination
-Assist in maintaining relationships with government agencies, business partners, and key clients.
-Support business negotiations and communication for partnership and collaboration projects.

5. Special Assignments
-Perform other ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Chairman.

Job Requirements:

Education
-Bachelor’s degree or above.
-Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Law, International Trade, Administrative Management, or related fields.

Work Experience
-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
-Experience as a Chairman Assistant, Executive Assistant to senior management, or senior administrative support is preferred.
-Experience in multinational companies or corporate groups will be an added advantage.

Competencies-
-Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
-Strong logical thinking with good data analysis and written communication skills.
-Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
-High level of professionalism with strong confidentiality awareness.

Language Skills
-Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual working environment is an advantage.
-Able to communicate professionally in Chinese, as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking employees, management, and stakeholders.
-Business-level English communication is required for overseas business interactions.

Other Requirements
-Professional demeanor and strong professional etiquette.
-Willingness to travel and work across regions when required.
